i once worked for a company where the manager said he didn't hire blacks or women. that manager went on vacation and the district manager came in town interviewed me and hired me . i went on to become the manager of that branch and hired the second minority for that company. sometimes the best person is not hired for the job just the best person that fits the hiring profile. never would i want to be hired only because of my skin color, can you promise that is the only reason i won't be hired though. No liberal BS i've lived what most of you are taliking about and it makes me laugh.
