White candidates are hired not because they are white, but because they have better resumes - yes, that's right, there are more white candidates with better resumes than qualified or comparable black candidates - just like in the population at large.
The idea that black candidates should experience the same or higher level of success than better qualified white candidates is strictly a liberal departure from reality.
So please, when attempting to make multi-million dollar decisions that will effect the fate of thousands if not millions of people, let's stick to the meritocracy.
For postal jobs etc we can do affirmative action and minimize the damage...
