example of a coach putting the program in a worse position by staying longer.
In 2012-13 our team featured 1 scholarship player on the roster who played for us in 2011-12. That is a pretty crazy amount of turnover. It was because of unbalanced classes and lack of program building in terms of recruiting that the coach just walked away from.
