Since it is so clear, apparently, I don't think it is too much to ask that you demonstrate why the concept is so clear, given that the Supreme Court nomination process is set forth in the Constitution, and the language of the Constitution provides no qualifications or restrictions on who a President can nominate.

Put your money where your mouth is - show us all how it is "clearly illegal"
