Hydraulic fracturing of course. And your point is? My company fracs every well we drill in Texas and will do so on the 200+ wells we drill this year. Biden did place a temporary moratorium on new oil and gas leases on federal land. But there hasn't been any time for that to impact oil production (and I doubt if it ever will). The various state restrictions on fracking are far more problematic than federal restrictions.
