that doesn't believe in centralized authority. There are plenty of ways for the family of Sarah to go after the two people that killed her. Will they be locked in cages, not likely. But their punishment can come in many different forms. Businesses can refuse to do business with them. Employers will refuse to hire them. Banks will not allow them to use their services, etc etc etc.
If the only thing that makes this travesty "right" is to lock them up for good, then any answer to your question isn't going to be acceptable for you. And you're entitled to that thought, just as pickle or any other libertarian is entitled to theirs.
And this kind of society doesn't just happen one day with a genie. It'll take a while to phase out the central authority and transition more things to private ownership.
