I would coin the phrase "positionless basketball" too. The unvarnished truth is that hiding behind that concept allows HCCM to NOT recruit with a plan, NOT install an offense, NOT establish a rotation, and NOT win any games.

HCCM spends all his time building good your men (by his definition alone) and that simply does NOT cut it at a power5 basketball program.
