you undertook a background check concerning Coach X, correct?

Yes: We paid $xxxxxx to a search firm

And you were made aware of the allegations concerning Coach X, correct?

And despite those allegations, you agreed to hire Coach X based upon his/her representation that "I'll never do it again."

And now, here we are and there are allegations that Coach X, did, in fact, do it again....
