Mizzou is unrepresentative of Missouri and that’s a real problem in creating/retaining fans like other states that do a much better job of being representative of its place on the map. Mizzou is run like a less academically renown Cal-Berkeley or Colorado with the same crappy sports product and fan support ….. that finds regionalism passe and not worthy of its cosmopolitan, global citizen worldview. I want to like Mizzou because I have in the past. But damn it is hard if you like Missouri First!
