After nearly 15 years without a gas grill, broke down

and bought one end of the summer. Using the shyt out of it. Flame is low, yes, but the grill area heats up very quickly to searing temps. I have a little metal basket that I throw a water-soaked wood chunk in and light with a hand-held propane starter. Now to the point I don't want to fvck with charcoal anymore.
