He doesn't have the players to run an NBA-style motion offense. You need players that can shoot. He needs a more structured offense that puts players in positions to be successful.

Admittedly that is a difficult proposition for a team that can't shoot and is weak in the post. IMO, this group needs to screen on the perimeter to free up lanes to attack the basket. It's really the only way. Either way the offense needs more structure, not less.
