terrible and Drew was given as much time as needed with no expectations in place. They were terrible for 4 years thereafter and it didn't matter at all. They are also a private institution, so he was allowed to cheat considerably and not be exposed to Sunshine Laws of normal major programs.
Dennehy (the player who got murdered) never played for Baylor, and Dotson (the murderer) averaged 4.4 ppg. That isn't tough production to replace.
