I simply stated I would support reimbursing business owners for their forced losses if they could figure out a way to d it accurately and well. But I never tied that to the ridiculous stimulus bill.

That you cannot understand words is not me mincing them. Explaining what words mean isn't a game. It's something you clearly missed while growing up.
