But speculation should have a base and a basis. There need to be some facts to support a conclusion, even when the conclusion is clearly stated as speculation.
Remember, Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist vigilante intent on murdering people. Until the facts came out.
Obama‘s son was a cherubic, innocent, sweet young man minding his own business, when he was set upon by a brutish white Hispanic for no reason whatever. Until the facts came out.
A post that says something like, “this seems to resemble…“ Or “this has the earmarks of…“
But we get into stupid land when we say that the driver was obviously this or that. Or this was clearly a case of….
Speculation is fine, just make sure it is identified as such.
Personally, I’ll wait until more is known.
