The problems with the attendance and support are deeply rooted and go back to the debacle of building an arena that large and the ticket and scheduling policies.
I think that's part of Martin's issues. I think at the end of the day he thinks he can't build a top program with that kind of lack of interest and so he's somewhat on cruise control because he thinks it doesn't matter what he does - the ceiling is very low. Just my two cents.
