this was entirely political and done to frighten people out of defending themselves...it's an absolute travesty of justice (without even considering the eff bee eye's 'losing' of evidence beneficial to the defense).

Kyle had as much right to be on the streets that night as any of the 'protestors' (whether it was a smart decision or not is irrelevant) and video shows all 3 shoots as clearly self-defense.
