I doubt the judge wants the heat, so they'll do everything to put case before the jury.

Since rittenhouse just needs one juror for acquittal, he's in good shape on the murder charges. he'll likely get some time given how they love to stack charges.

aka, illegal weapon, etc..

But not murder.
