The huge flaw in natural rights, is namely it supposes all humans will play and treat each other equally.
You know, because of "natural rights". When nearly all of recorded history shows that never happens, that people always seek or take advantages, and do not ponder if it's legit to do so, only if they can.
In theory, a north Korean has the same natural rights as a person here. Reality shows a vastly different outcome.
Does one truly have rights, when they aren't respected?
For philosophers, that answer is yes.
For realists, the answer is no.
