If you want to ask more follow up questions, then do so like you have here.
Now here are the answers to your NEW questions:
And what is the procedure for enforcing those rights?
This is going to widely vary from anything between: (i) ignoring infringements, (ii) discussing and directly resolving infringements, (iii) mediating infringements, (iv) adjudicating and arbitrating infringements.
But it starts with a recognition of the natural rights.
And what happens if someone disagrees with those rights that "nature" hath bestowed?
For one, it doesn't change the fact that the rights exist and that an infringement has occurred. A person can ignore that in their own way and at their own risk. It should be noted that thieves, rapists, and murderers are not typically welcomed by others (though the large exception to this seemingly uncontroversial thought is when the actions are perpetrated by a leader of a central govt).
Otherwise, disputes can be resolved in myriad ways and are touched on in the answer to your first question.
Okay, ask 5 more questions.
