In crashes. I pointed out that when your brains are splattered across the pavement they don't usually bother looking for neck injuries.
Same guy told me that he could keep his head from hitting the pavement in a accident.
I just walked away at that point.
I don't really care if you wear one or not. But any state with a seat belt law but no helmet law makes zero sense.
