Stars Don't Matter Right?

When Barry Odumb supporters defended him at every single turn we heard STARS DONT MATTER... now that we landed a 5 star recruit and not to mention several ESPN top 300 players STARS DO MATTER!
Drink has had only TWO recruiting classes. His first technical class was trying to keep Barry Odumb players committed.
That class was ranked in the 50's.
Drinks first real class (2020) was ranked in the 20's and now this class is ranked currently 15.
In football STARS matter, because its a game for elite athletes. If you're faster, stronger, and have elite agility you win! If you get pushed around at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball YOU LOSE. Mizzou loses because they don't have elite athletes on either side of the ball. When you play in the Mountain West Mizzou is 7-0 but in the SEC you're 0-7.
The college game is all about recruiting and Drink is headed in the right direction. I could care less if you lose every single game for the rest of the season.
Luther said it best... I'm coming to Mizzou to turn it around. Drink main starters are recruits/players from Barry's pitiful recruiting efforts. I said it then and I will say it again... MIZZOU CAN NOT WIN without getting regional/local recruits.
Drink is on the job! Give him time to put real talent on the field. We're headed in the right direction!
