The City of St. Louis has over $8 billion dollars in investment in the last 3 years alone. Developers are very bullish on the City of St. Louis & many developments are ongoing.
The largest Federal development in the Midwest is ongoing & will create over 7,000 of the highest paying, most educated Federal jobs in the heart of downtown STL.
Midtown/CWE is booming with one the top Tech districts in the country. Residential is going up everywhere.
Downtown West is being invested in heavily currently & completely revitalized with The Taylor Family & Kavanaugh at the center of those efforts. Convention center expansion, etc, etc.
There people don’t invest in “sh*tholes” that are getting smaller, lol, idiot.

STL poised & being positioned to become the global leader in Geospatial Tech, while already being the leader in Bio, Agri & Fin Tech.
