Flat earthers.
They claim a plane flying 700mph would never arrive because the earth rotates at about 1000mph. So if you took off from San Francisco to NY, you'd end up flying over the Pacific Ocean and would need a plane with enough fuel to fly until NY caught up behind to the plane.
