By the time Biden was sworn in January 20, 2021 US production had jumped to 13,000,000 barrels/day, a little over 45% increase under Trump.

Production dropped to under 10,000,000 barrels/day even as demand was rising. Luckily it has recovered a little up to 11,300,000 barrels per day, but that is still a drop of more than 13% Under Biden from when he was inaugurated.
