Therefore, they must scrutinize possible recipients, that includes: pre-existing conditions, fatties, too old, smokers, folks who can't be responsible to diligently take meds or keep appointments, folks who do not have adequate insurance or means to pay for the meds/appts, and also patients who refused other vaccinations (flu, pneumococcal, TdAP, HepB, etc).
