employees hanging out like vultures trying to shut them down. No mask signage at the doors, but the employees are masked and many customers are wearing masks. A woman in front of me in line (and taking forever to study the menu) was wearing a mask but when she approached the counter to order, pulled it down to talk to the clerk.

Nothing like arbitrary enforcement of a worthless mask mandate to single out a business and destroy an owner's livelihood.
