8 hours sleep ?? I haven't had much of 8 hours sleep in more than 40 years ??
And where are people who live in food deserts or who make fast food a part of their diet going to acquire all this nutrient-rich food? Your proposal is that we turn the nation upside down. Had you all kept up public mask wearing for the better part of a year, we would be about down.
