That he had in the roster, or would have in the next couple years. He was also better than average at getting kids that could be developed and moving them from other positions. Of course he wasn't perfect at any of those things, but certainly better than average. So was Bill Snyder.

Our strength and conditioning program used to be pretty great from my perspective too. Guys like Alldredge really need to get in the weight room, but he's not the only one.
