This is pure political nonsense. Military personnel are not required to follow unlawful orders; in fact, they are required to NOT follow unlawful orders. Milley at best was keeping communication with his counterparts in Russia and China (as has been done in this country as a matter of course) and at worst prevented Trump from doing something really stupid.
