You are making something up that never existed.

FDA approval reviews safety data from the Phase 3 trial. It evaluates the production of the vaccine to make sure it is not contaminated and the batches match what was in the Phase 3 trial.

There has never been, ok let's sit on the vaccine for 5 years after the Phase 3 trials. Never.

Phase 4 trials do exist. It is just a name for the observational period after the vaccine has been released to the general public, typically about 2 years.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
