tried to change it up. I really don't like to think about it because every option seems to have a lot of cons. Maybe your solution works. Or the alternative of letting the market decide rates. That probably won't work unless ERs deny poors access to treatment.

MAybe we already have universal. Everyone seems to get treated regardless. The way I see it we are either going to pay high premiums or higher taxes. If you ask trumptorushmore he will tell you big pharm/insurance is government. I think I saw that on the football board multiple times yesterday.
