trade was increasing with China, and tariffs were going down. It was also a good source of cheap goods for the S market.

Then people got focused on the "trade deficit" and blew it all to hell.

Many US companies and agriculture were finding great success there. They knew their IP policy there, so beware as you go there.

Looks like Trump convinced many of the "problems" with China in his isolationist policy.
