Not sure what you mean by "my plan" and China.

Things were actually going ok with China until Trump stepped in....we had two things going.

Tariffs were slowly going down with China
TPP to reduce tariffs across the rest of Asia was going to force China to change their trading ways.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
