involved in any type of incident with firearms/shooting is being shot by friendly fire. In KC where the cities are cookie cutters of jurisdictions, it's easy to be in a city where no one knows you.

Have a plan if you are ever involved in an off duty shooting. Make damned sure others responding know you are there and have a good description of you. Assign someone to call 9-1-1 and make sure they relay your information/description.
