YES - the idea propagated by some that Trump ordered park cleared appears to be false.

"This report does not address allegations of individual use-of-force incidents" THAT is from the IG report. "Individual force incidents" could well relate to the tear gas.

I am sorry - but they gassed that area and had horse riding law-enforcement clearing the park 20 minutes prior. The location and movement of the president of the United States are very tightly calibrated. So hard to imagine - considering the line quoted above about the coordination of Secret Service - does not present as exculpatory evidence as you present it to be.

YES, they had planned it before but alerting the media and gassing citizens 20 minutes before the boss arrives is not so clean.
