and partially wrong.

1st: the order was frozen by biden not rescinded. it WAS to take effect on 1/21/2021.

2nd: in the grand scheme of things the order did target a small subset of insulin users but the ones it DID target were among the most financially needy.

3rd: the order increased income level to make more of that small subset eligible for the program. it basically took the eligible income from 35,000 to 61,000.

4th: another Trump order regarding insulin DID go into effect in Jan 2021. This program lowered insulin for 3.3 million Medicare patients. not an insignificant number.
