the order which never actually took effect actually reduced prices for the bulk of insulin users. As an insulin user myself, I can tell you that it didn't, and it wouldn't have for me anyway, since I don't get my insulin through that small.list of clinics (and most insulin users don't)

Essentially, Trump's order would have necessitated the hiring of an extra employee to manage compliance for something these clinics were already doing. I thought you conservatives were normally against unnecessary regulations.
