she decided she was better off where she is.
I really worry when she goes to the store because she isn't real ambulatory and would be an easy target for a car jacking.
She and several women from her church used to volunteer at a Ferguson food pantry run by another church that was short on volunteers. During the height of the unrest they stopped volunteering because it was easy to target and intimidate elderly white women driving through the area on West Florissant.
She had a check engine light come up on her car and I told her to go to her auto parts store--Advance on West Florissant--to have them read the code and let me know what it was. "I can't, they burned it"
