training. The leader of the sessions was a friend if mine, a woman that i had worked with.

She asked if there were any comments or issues with the class. I then told her privately that i did not like the term african-american as it hyphenates us, divides us imo, degrades the country and the unity we want in the company and the country.

She said "Oh" or something similar.
