USPS is garbage

Due to COVID we had to mail out packets to clients that previously would show up at our office and pick them up.
Very early on we realized that 20-30% error rate in getting the packages delivered (95% were in KC area) wasn't going to work.
We switched to UPS and haven't really had any problems since.
