Not only is the USPS a pro-Democratic institution (its main union endorsed Biden), but it's totally incompetent as well. I recently mailed a "two-day priority mail envelope" and after paying for it, the postal worker informed me that it would be delivered in 7 days. After I complained about the fact that the delivery date was 5 DAYS LONGER than advertised, the USPS employee suggested that if I wanted it delivered faster, I should have used overnight express delivery, to which I countered, "Yeah, pay even more and still not have it delivered as promised."
If the postal service can't deliver a priority mail envelope on time during an off-peak time of the year, why does anyone in their right mind think they can perform any better with a flood of ballots during election season? Not to mention the fact that the odds are high that ballots from tradition Republican precincts could possibly be "misplaced" by overly zealous Democratic postal workers.
