is very very difficult, and when that feeling of guilt is there...there are but two options. Admit it, and move on..or double, triple down. Because the former may cause you to lose power, and the latter strengthens your power for at least the time being (probably both literally and figuratively).

How many times does an innocent little lie lead to a huge coverup and looks 10x worse later.
