It affected a chip manufacturing plant which makes the A>D, D>A chip which converts analog to digital and vice versa. So your Bluetooth handsfree in your car is affected. Just about every two-way radio manufacturer is affected as well, including those which make public safety radios. But many b&i radio lines are affected as well because it's the same chip for digital radios.
