Which trades that are occurring now are due to insider insight and are a signal to me to buy or sell a stock.

Why trades are based on covering calls, which trades are because the company publicly announced positive news - or bad earnings?


There is no specific sale that's a signal - if you're trading on buys, who are you following? The board/exec transactions that are required to be reported publicly are always historical data - there isn't timely feedback to follow those transactions.
