to promote anti-viral drugs to prevent the transmission of HIV.

Maybe they need to start targeting the ads to children's programs on Nickelodeon, or maybe the drug companies need to sponsor some children's programs on PBS.

Got to teach the little children early that it's OK to hate your plumbing but don't participate in at-risk sexual activities like toe-tapping under a bathroom stall for anonymous sex without taking precautions.
