a “joint session” of Congress tomorrow night? They are claiming it’s a Covid thing, that’s another stupid lie, but why, since he has to speak anyway, not have the full houses of Congress there?

How does he spare himself embarrassment by blithering to 50 people instead of 500 people, Or whatever the numbers are?
