Age limits for elected officials. There's a lower limit for them already; nobody needs an 80-year old president (regardless of whether it was Joe or Donnie) or an 80+ year old legislator.

I'd simplify the **** out of the tax code such that the IRS workforce is drastically smaller.

I'd move many, many tasks/responsibilities away from the feds and towards state and local governments. Thus there'd be mroe local government workers and fewer feds.

In lieu of limiting career employees to 30 years you could limit their employment in any one department to 25 years, and also have an age limit similar to the proposal for elected officials.
