Glad we don't allow that here.

You swear he committed 2nd degree murder, and by so swearing, automatically say you don't believe it to be 3rd degree, or manslaughter.

This is grounds for appeal. They are lying if they say guilty of all three, as they are inconsistent with each other.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
