"Go get vaccinated, but keep wearing masks, distancing, and participating in our permanent pandemic" is going to keep literally millions away from taking that needle.

Myself for example. What's the initiative? I've gone this long without knowingly having Covid, have still been living my life, and cases where I live are very low.
