to create any habit with it. Where I have worked for the past 20 years is vegetarian, too. I never ate veggies growing up, I struggle to make myself eat them now. I'm also at the age where I need to do this but it is a really hard change to make especially when nobody in the family is on the same page already. Kudos to you for actually making the change.
